We are currently recruiting a Software Engineer to join the NAP Acquiring team (New Acquiring Platform) at Worldpay. This position is London based and aligned to the Worldpay University Program; a two-year scheme, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payment company!

This two-year full-time program has start dates in September and as a university program participant you can look forward to the following:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (preferably Computer Science / Mathematics)
• Pro-active, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple requests from multiple sources
• Some coding knowledge, ideally Scripting, Python and/or a database language.
• Demonstrable skills in SQL
• Knowledge of database systems (ideally theoretic knowledge of high-volume processing).
• Strong problem-solving skills
