Job Description:
Design and develop Zoom Meeting client on VDI platform for Windows/Mac/Linux. Troubleshooting on product issues with debugging tools and log analysis tools. Improve product documentation and support articles. Work closely with the product security team to enhance product securities. Work closely with Engineering partners, Product and Project Managers, Product Designers, and DevOps to drive engineering release and deliver success. Partner with technical support and customer success, while also communicating with customers to troubleshoot product issues and deliver happiness to our users.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have 2 years of experience in C/C++ programming; Windows native application development; Debugging with WinDbg and Visual Studio; and Multi-thread and multi-processes. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
