I am currently working with a well known biotechnology company in Singapore.
Salary package structure: base + bonus + allowance + flexi! Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days WFH. Office near Woodlands MRT! 4 rounds of interview process.

about job and requirements

• Lead multiple software teams (team of about 20 people, including 4-5 senior managers) for development and test of genetic science applications
• Review the whole SDLC, driving growth through innovation, looking at product excellence, know how to improve development life cycle and has team leadership capabilities
• Collaborate with other software leaders and global infrastructure groups to deliver end to end software solutions.
• Effectively manage resource allocations and budget.
• Improve team skills, development practices and provide learning opportunities for your team.
• Work with software leaders to improve our processes and practices and optimize our global setup.
• Collaborate with partners to define product roadmaps and development strategies.
• Might need to travel to US 2 or 3 times per year for important meetings
• Using Java and AWS (good to have)
• Software development leadership experience, leading teams and improving the software development lifecycle.
• Extensive software leadership experience, preferably more than 15 years of experience
• Experience with software development on a product, hardware and software integration
