POSITION SUMMARY
Imperva is looking for a Software Integration Specialist. We are a cross-functional team that is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our product with various customer environments. We follow big-data flow from various sources into Imperva’s data lake. You will explore, monitor, report and debug systems running on local & cloud environments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree) preferably in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge and/or experience working with various Databases (SQL/NoSQL), File systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud).
- Experience in a tech environment (development, QA, support).
- Programming experience: Bash, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience composing, editing or reviewing technical documentation.
- Linux is your go-to operating system
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Responsibilities:
- Explore, Verify and Monitor the integration of various data sources with our products.
- Investigate and resolve any issues arising from the integration of data sources with our products.
- Collaborate with various local and global teams on identifying issues.
- Take ownership of various projects, test plans and efforts involving multiple teams.
- Take on the customer’s point of view and make our products even better.
- Create, update and review technical documentation.
