Det har aldri vært en mer spennende tid å jobbe i Kongsberg Maritime enn akkurat nå. Arbeidsverktøyet er Kongsberg Maritimes egenutviklede automasjonssystem AIM eller det nyere Kongsberg Control System (KCS). Selve programmeringen i AIM og KCS er modulbasert. Siden dette er KM-spesifikke programmer/verktøy, er det ingen krav om at du skal være kjent med dem. Nødvendig opplæring og kurs tilbys etter ansettelse.

The working tools are Kongsberg Maritime’s self-developed automation system AIM or the newer Kongsberg Control System (KCS). The programming in AIM and KCS is modular. Since these are KM-specific programs/tools, there is no requirement for you to be familiar with them. Necessary training and courses will be offered.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s, Bachelor’s, or technical school degree in relevant fields (automation, electrical, electronics, data, etc.).
• Ability and motivation to acquire new knowledge.
• Perform independent tasks where quality and professionalism are emphasized.
• Ability to carry out practical tasks to solve issues.
• Positive and solution-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Fluent oral and written Norwegian and English.

  This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.

• Engineering and configuration of KM’s control systems.
• Designing and modifying interfaces for operators (HMI).
• Project work in collaboration with the client/customer.
• Participation in small and large offshore projects - from major new builds to maintenance tasks on existing installations.
• Setting up and conducting various tests on the systems during the project phase, both internally and with subcontractors/customers.
• Implementation and commissioning of control systems both offshore and onshore.
• You will work in a team with other engineers across disciplines, both newly graduated and experienced engineers.
