- Act as a facilitator for the team around quality engineering, using a Shift Left approach
- Review development pull requests, unit tests and integration tests and highlight when best practices are not followed
- Be an advocate of quality in your team, coaching teammates, always looking for ways to improve tools and processes
- Focus on high quality software delivery through the creation of unit, integration, contract, smoke and production tests
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED
- 3 to 5 years experience in software development and software quality assurance
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Junit, RestAssured, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Jest, Pact, Mockito and TestContainers
- Strong manual testing experience including both exploratory and functional testing
