Job Purpose
This professional will be responsible for daily cooperation with product team. This role will be supported by dedicated DevOps team and QA Engineers.

Job Description

• Prepare and document test activities (including Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Reports preparation).
• Define test data/configuration sets.
• Configure test environment software, hardware and virtualization.
• Tailor Test cases and review for project scope.
• Adapt, develop and execute automated test scripts (Data Driven Development).
• Ability to develop and maintain mocks and stubs on Software, Hardware and virtual environments levels.
• Cooperation with developers and product Quality Engineers.
• CI/CD (establish processes, pipelines and elements, manage tools, version control, QA tool chain).
• Troubleshoot problem, isolate and track defects.
• Automated Test scripts integration with DevOps Engineers on CI/CD.
• Maintain data sets and configuration.
• Participate in the requirements analysis and definition of the test specifications at project level.

• Experience with Python and C++.
• Experience with testing tools for web application such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with network.
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), wired interfaces (Ethernet, USB), and wireless interfaces (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cell, Satellite).
• Exposure to the principals of Industrial Protocols, Platforms and APIs: OPC (DA & UA), Profibus, Profinet, Modbus (RTU, TCP, Enron), EtherIP, etc.
• Exposure to serial communication protocols (I2C, RS-485, RS-232, CAN, SPI).
• Experience with virtualization, images creation and use of custom builds of OS for virtualized environments (including testing).
• Very good understanding of QA best practices (including test scenario management and reporting tools).
• Understanding of Hardware In the Loop (HIL), Software In the Loop (SIL).
• Basic understanding Embedded devices programming/debugging .
• Familiar with web technologies, such as React, Springboot, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML and JSON.
• Familiar with databases such as SQL and Postgres.
• Exposure to Configuration Management tools (Version control, bug tracking, change management, automated builds, and coding standards).
• Experience with services for software development and version control such GitHub and TFS.
• Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence (Xray is a plus).
• Experience working in cross-functional team using Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of containers and modern cloud native technologies is a plus.

• Exposure to industry standard embedded design and debugging tools is a plus (protocol analyzers, emulators).Basic knowledge of Monitoring and Observability tools is a plus.
