ABOUT OUR POSITION
We’re looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer who will take on the responsibility of becoming an owner and subject matter expert in various functional areas of our TopClass product. In this role, you will develop and maintain test plans, collaborate with the development team for continuous software quality improvement, and execute testing duties proficiently and independently. By working within an agile team, you will contribute to test plan development and conduct manual and automated testing. Additionally, you’ll assist in metrics collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the highest standards of software quality.

Responsibilities:
- Performing manual and automated testing tasks, including exploratory, end-to-end, regression, API and UI testing.
- Developing and maintaining test plans and test cases.
- Debugging and verifying customer-reported bugs.
- Analyzing and improving testing processes, identifying dependencies/risks during sprint planning/grooming.
- Working independently and collaboratively with other members of the development team to achieve continuous improvement of software quality.Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
