Description:
QUALIFIKATIONEN & FACHWISSEN:
- Abschluss in IT, vorzugsweise im Bereich Systemadministration oder Systemintegration.
- Tiefe Kenntnisse im IT-Support und/oder Systemadministration.
- Fachkenntnisse in Windows-Systemen, Netzwerktechnologien und VPN-Tools wie Teamviewer.
- Erfahrungen mit Ticketing-Systemen (z.B. CRM, Bugzilla, Jira) und Basiswissen über Linux, JSON, XML.
- Expertise in VoIP, Streaming oder Audio/Video ist ein Pluspunkt.
