What will your new challenge look like?
You will be hired as a software support specialist for the 4flow software business line. You will be part of a project team that is granting access to the possibility of transportation network management. With this product, our customers are able to create and visualize their networks and get better optimization decisions.
You contribute to the team by:
-

Processing incoming support requests conscientiously and confidently in English

  • Supporting customers with the installation, configuration of the software and other technical questions by phone, e-mail or via a ticket system (OTRS)
  • Assuming responsibility for a timely and satisfactory response
  • Technical familiarization with the topic of logistics in order to be able to answer questions regarding the content of our software
  • Solution development in compliance with defined processes and use of Confluence
  • Analysis and elimination of bugs in close cooperation with software development and product management using the buck tracking system Jira
  • Creation and enhancement of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and other documentation (e.g. installation instructions)
  • Updating and control of the license list
