• The ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.‍
• Over 5 years of work experience as a Software Engineer, with 2 years in a leadership role or as a team lead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• As a tech lead, you will be driving the development of a distributed event streaming system that is responsible for collecting and analysing hardware quality control sound recordings and their metadata.
• As a senior engineer, you will produce high-quality, test-driven tasks as a team leader of six engineers.
• As a software engineer you will be working on a codebase of mostly Python and Rust, understand the value of well-defined data models, and have a healthy appreciation for good naming practices.
• You have the support of a senior DevOps engineer as well as our experienced project coordination and machine learning team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the technical direction of the software projects, including architecture decisions, technology stack selection, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Managing and mentoring engineering teams, providing guidance, and support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.‍
• Staying updated with industry trends, attending conferences, and fostering relationships with industry peers to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
