QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field
• Should have at least 5 years of experience in Performance Testing with excellent expertise in one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Azure Load Test etc.)
• Proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps for performance testing activities, including test planning, test case management, test execution, and result analysis.
• Knowledge in AWS / AZURE / or any cloud service technology

• Evaluate application architectures and design performance test plans
• Comprehensive understanding of software test methodologies including the white box, black box, functional, unit, feature, regression, integration, performance, and scalability
• Experience automating test cases for cloud, web-based or desktop applications beyond record/playback
• Establish performance and load test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios
• Build modular automated performance test scripts to identify load and scalability concerns for web-based applications and mobile applications utilizing SOA design and APIs (JSON/HTTPS)
• Utilizing load, stress, and analysis tools to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tool and identify potential system and resources bottlenecks
• Analyze performance results and produce relevant reports and quality metrics with suggestions for improvements
• Research new ways of performance, load, & stress testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations
• Work with 3rd party vendors, contract developers and/or partners as required
• Positive attitude, result oriented, demonstrating Accountability and Ownership using a variety of techniques and collaboration
• Work under the Technical Test Team Leader/Manager delivering non-functional test solutions that meet defined objectives, schedule, standards, cost targets and reflect the technical test strategy
• Take ownership of the non-functional test solution from project initiation to final acceptance, with responsibility for each NFT milestone within the cycle
• When required, lead, and coordinate a small team of other technical test resources were dictated by delivery demands/requirements
• Provide professional project planning, estimation, non-functional test approaches, Technical Test solution quality, issue/risk management and results/analysis in keeping with department standards
