Software Tester

• Design, develop, and execute test plans to evaluate software functionality, performance, and usability
• Coach and support the creation and maintenance of test cases.
• Execute all functional user story test cases on test environments ensuring quality on user-story level;
• Execute manual regression tests on end to end features with every deployment.
• Take active part in the team’s daily work, closely aligning with developers and process experts on testing activities.
• Identify and Document defects on user story level, following up on the entire process until closure.
• Write clear and concise test reports documenting findings and recommendations to test management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in software testing especially in agile projects;
• Experience with tools such as Xray and Jira;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience with MS Dynamics and SAP is a plus;
• ISQTB certification- Certified Tester Foundation Level , other certifications are a plus;
• Dynamic and proactive attitude, with good communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
