The Solar Electrical Engineer/Technologist will be accountable to leadership and management in the following areas:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineer or Technologist in a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, external contractors and our team.
• Advanced problem solving skills.
• Experience managing successful projects.
• Professional designation through OACETT or PEO. If not certified, a commitment to become certified within 24 months of starting will be required.
• Demonstrated competency in Auto-Cad and Visio.
• Technical Diploma or degree from a nationally accredited institution Renewable Energy or Energy Systems Engineering an asset and a pre-requisite for OACETT or PEO designation.
• Demonstrated skill in building positive customer relationships.
• Demonstrated skill in leading teams to achieve key results, live our values and have a development mindset.
• Demonstrated contribution to supporting a growth-oriented business.
