The Solar Electrical Engineer/Technologist will be accountable to leadership and management in the following areas:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineer or Technologist in a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, external contractors and our team.
- Advanced problem solving skills.
- Experience managing successful projects.
- Professional designation through OACETT or PEO. If not certified, a commitment to become certified within 24 months of starting will be required.
- Demonstrated competency in Auto-Cad and Visio.
- Technical Diploma or degree from a nationally accredited institution Renewable Energy or Energy Systems Engineering an asset and a pre-requisite for OACETT or PEO designation.
- Demonstrated skill in building positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrated skill in leading teams to achieve key results, live our values and have a development mindset.
- Demonstrated contribution to supporting a growth-oriented business.
