and their amazing team. They are the go-to choice for clients in the most complex domestic, international and cross-border finance transactions. The team are continually recognised as a Band 1 practice in Acquisition/Leveraged Finance and Corporate Finance by Chambers (and other equivalent respected legal directories).
You will be joining a team with a culture of high performance, continuous learning and strong teamwork. The team is well known for its pro-active training and developing its lawyers so they are excellent all-round practitioners with great technical legal skills combined with commercial judgment.
