    This firm is a well-established Solicitors firm based in Dublin city centre (D8) who are seeking an experienced Property/Probate Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex property transactions, and will have the support of our experienced team of legal professionals and support staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in conveyancing/probate
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing/probate procedures
  • A background in employment law is a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing/probate transactions from start to finish
  • Provide clients with legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing/probate process
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and leases
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with our team of legal professionals to provide excellent service to our clients
  • Attend court and other legal proceedings as required
