DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solution Adoption Manager Cloud (m/f/d), to join our team.The Solution Adoption Manager Azure Cloud is responsible for improving digital employee experience, application proficiency and adoption through cloud and data center solutions. You will plan and execute in-application guidance strategies, collaborate with business and IT teams, and develop adoption strategies to increase application return on investment.
EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and manage implementation of digital adoption solution projects
- Implement, manage, and enhance digital employee experience (DEX) and application adoption and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud & Data Center solutions
- Ensures that each service is delivered according to the service attributes such as performance, availability, security, etc.
- Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by Cloud.
- Monitor content and workflow usage and effectiveness to accommodate software and business processes
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive adoption of existing applications and strategize for successful deployment of new technologies.
