Our opportunity
As a Solution Analyst, Property, Forecast & Valuation, you will be responsible for functional support, enhancement, and platform optimisation to maximise business value and platform usability.
Working within an agile team you will contribute to making Mirvac’s finance platform accessible, reusable, secure and modern so that it better enables products and outcomes and ensures the integrity of Mirvac’s financial systems and data.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of service to the Property, Forecast & Valuations user base with day-to-day support to ensure efficient continuation of business operations
Maintaining MRI Strategic Planning (Cougar) and Yardi systems with best practice processes and application configuration for Property Management, Forecasting and Valuations
Maintain and support the MRI SP(Cougar) extractor for data extraction between the various data sources
Support of other Finance Platform applications as needed, e.g. Blackline, Build-to-Rent
Contribute to the delivery of user stories through platform configuration and enhancement focusing on reusability across products and outcomes
Collaboration with product teams, platform teams and business stakeholders
Identify platform enhancements that will improve the user experience and enable a more accessible, stable, secure and supportable platform
Escalation of complex functional support issues to vendors and external partners
Active contribution to the success of the team achieving their OKRs.
Your point of difference
To be successful you will have extensive experience in a technology/digital role, including MRI strategic planning, configuring/supporting and building financial models and reports. Whilst holding relevant tertiary qualifications.
Current knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Elevate P2P is desirable, as well as SQL query writing skills and an ability to develop YSR reports.
Previous experience supporting a new finance platform implementation and having a strong results & customer centric focus is highly regarded.
Finally, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Whilst having the ability to remain confidential and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
