Description:

QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 8+ years of experience of having handled different client organisations, business lines & environments.
  • Advanced / Fluent English.
  • 8+ years of experience in advanced networks, with client facing experience in a solutions architecture, technical consulting, or presales engineering role.
  • Experience in advanced networks and connectivity, testing, data processing solutions, automated deployment pipelines, etc.
  • Experience in network design including, for example IP network design, routing protocols and security segregation.
  • Experience in multiple communications technologies spanning mobile and IoT (eg 4G, 5G, Lorawan, WiFi, …).
  • Strategic & Transformation Consulting D Entrepreneurship including experience in start-ups.
  • Demonstrable relationships with Senior Clients up to CXO Level E Experience of working with near-shore and offshore engineering centres.
  • A broad-based understanding of the sectors within which we operate and detailed knowledge of at least two of them.
  • A developed understanding of project planning, budgeting and financial management.
  • Leading complex and high value engagements in a Delivery or Engineering role, through life, from pre-sales to closure.
  • Client and team focussed.
  • Sound problem solving, analytical and negotiating skills.
  • Outstanding communicator (written and verbal) and networker.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
  • Organised, good time management and prioritisation.
  • Methodical approach to work, with good attention to details and strong logic and reasoning skills
  • Flexibility required for working away from home

Responsibilities:

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:-

  • Communicate our diverse software capability to our clients through social media, conference talks, blogs, special events and client focused sessions.
  • Work with the Sales team to identify new industries and clients to target and build and execute campaigns and capture plans.
  • Identify the transformational needs of our clients and build solutions that comprise multiple geographically dispersed teams from across the GBL and wider Capgemini.
  • Influence clients to allow us to help them to define their requirements so that when the RFP lands we are in the prime position to win the work
  • Lead the development of our technical proposals
  • Support delivery (chargeable work) particularly in early engagements and discovery phase assignments, working in a consultative manner to grow significant (£5m+) opportunities.
