Targomo is a Berlin-based growing solution provider specialized in location intelligence, enabling companies to make the right location decisions. TargomoAPI is our powerful API suite that supports many clients worldwide to build high-end geospatial applications utilizing mapping and location analytics.
The Solution Architect API role is an opportunity to contribute to the development and future of our API suite. We are looking for someone who can align our technical API with the needs of our clients (and leads), guide technical integrations, and nurture lasting customer relationships. This role has a balance of both pre- and post-sales responsibilities, with both a technical and customer-facing focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very strong experience in advising B2B customers and ability to manage high demanding stakeholders in English
- Sense for the right, client-specific framing of results and ability to communicate complex concepts and to define a best-fit solution based on clients’ needs
- Strong interest in technological innovation
- Hands-on experience in creating meaningful, use-case-specific and interactive material (e.g. demos, interactive blog posts, widgets, etc.)
- Experience in consulting, customer success, project management, account management and/or sale or similar field in a B2B environment
- Experience or professional network within real estate platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Integration: Support clients throughout the integration process and enable them to use our API product suite in the best possible way.
- Product Feedback: Aligning the internal, technical API development with the needs of our (potential) clients and building bridges between our engineers and customers.
- Product Marketing: Manage (and co-create) content for our Developer Center (https://www.targomo.com/developers).
- Pre-Sales: Support our commercial team in sales processes by answering technical questions and outlining the technical capabilities of our products.
- Demos: Build tailored mini demos and code snippets to showcase optimal usage and integration possibilities of our API services.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor for our API clients – both when supporting with issues and strategically developing our cooperation with them
