SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on business transformation projects, as a Solution Architect
  • Previous experience working in the Financial Services industry, ideally Insurance or Lending
  • Solid experience with designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft cloud technology stack, especially D365 apps, Power Platform & Azure Integration Services
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps, Power Platform, Azure Cloud services, and other third-party technologies
  • Excellent understanding and application of different integration architecture design patterns
  • Solid Architectural and Design documentation skills using VISIO, PowerPoint, EA Tools, Azure DevOps

Responsibilities:

The Solution Architect role is responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining the overall end-to-end solution (mainly in the application and integration architecture domains), to support business needs across the different business units in the Avant Group, and provide the technical leadership during the solution implementation/build phase of a project.
We are seeking solid functional and technical knowledge implementing end-to-end business solutions using both cloud SaaS and on-premise legacy applications like, CRM, BPM, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Insurance & Lending Platforms.
Expertise in designing and integrating solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Apps, Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services (Integration, Data, Security & Infrastructure), is highly desirable.
As part of the Group Solutions Architecture team, the role will also contribute to uplifting the Architecture Practice by setting architectural and solution standards, architectural governance and ensuring delivered systems comply with Avant Architecture principles, standards and practices, and is aligned to the Avant Group Target State Architecture.
