Description:

The Solution Architect provides advisory for customer’s current network architecture and future architecture need based on industrial trending and practical knowledge, network consultancy, design, implementation and support to help customers enhance their network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. Activities will include in-depth analysis, design (both for high and lower level network solutions), deployment, support and consultancy. The role holder will be “Cisco’s face to the customer as a trusted advisor”, working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering our commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaged early for large presales opportunities from Customer Experience side for assigned Top account, encouraged to have a deep understanding of Customer’s Business Objectives, challenges, and work with internal collaborators for driving the sales strategy.
  • Trusted Advisor and Solution Design Leader, able to articulate complex solutions to executive (C-level) customer contacts both on a technical and business level.
  • Rich industrial knowledge and practical experience, especially in FSI, familiar with industrial trending and landscape for future.
  • Has knowledge of business and technology trends within the industry and Cisco customer base.
  • Able to learn and lead Cross Architectural consultant, Assessing customer current network architecture in different domains and able to provide recommendations to the gaps, Advise customer on potential future architecture.
  • Leads and incubates new end-to-end services around products and solutions.
  • Provides pre-sales support and scoping in multiple technologies.
  • To support on the service delivery and network solution design, implementation.
  • Drives all phases of project delivery including plan, design, network staging, implementation, migration, testing, handover, etc.
    Who You’ll Work With
    You will collaborate with the extended Customer Experience and Account Teams, including Sales, Business Units, Business Development Managers, Technical Teams, and Support Services, to expand each account into a major Cisco customer.
