Description:
Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH
Job Summary:
Join our team in mitigating risk within the bank by leveraging your technology-based background to design, implement, and operate a framework for Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) on cloud platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building MLOps pipelines, supporting platform stability and security, integrating AML modeling platforms, and implementing CI/CD practices across various model ecosystems. Your role will involve data science model review, optimization, deployment, and monitoring while collaborating with a team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate MLOps framework on cloud platforms like AWS
- Build MLOps pipelines using Amazon SageMaker and PNC’s DevOps tools
- Support platform stability and security for TND-URSIT related projects
- Integrate AML modeling platforms into the FRAAML ecosystem
- Implement CI/CD practices across model and application ecosystems
- Review data science models, optimize code, containerize models, deploy versions, and monitor quality
- Develop tools for Data Science and ML Research including Model Monitoring and Governance
- Test data science models, automate validation tests, and document processes
Skills:
- Proficiency in building MLOps pipelines on AWS SageMaker
- Experience with AML Model ecosystem support like FRAAML
- Hands-on experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java with knowledge of TensorFlow
- Familiarity with AWS services and Node.JS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
