ABOUT THIS JOB
As a Solution Architect within the Expert Services Team at ONEiO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions to our valued customers. This multifaceted position encompasses project management, solution design, domain expertise in our industry, implementation and configuration, and active participation in pre-sales activities to support our growth and customer engagement efforts. You will be a key driver in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge SaaS technology and our customers’ unique business needs, with a focus on delivering excellence and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, and create detailed solution designs that align with our platform while addressing the specific needs of each customer.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation process in seamless cooperation with the Solution Experts who are performing the actual configuration of integrations in ONEiO based on your design.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Domain Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry landscape, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity to engage potential customers, demonstrating ONEiO’s value and capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving needs. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Responsibilities:
SKILLS NECESSARY TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Fluency in German and English (native or full professional proficiency)
- Experience in ITIL or similar frameworks associated with it, such as SIAM
- Strong ability to identify and define customer specific business needs
- Experience in B2B and SaaS products
- Experience with technical consulting work or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of integration concepts, both technical (e.g. HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, different authentication methods) as well as general (e.g. bi-directionality, MDM, ETL, async vs sync, batch vs transactional)
