We are actively recruiting high achieving individuals with Solution Architecture expertise on technology-enabled transformation projects/programmes within Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a comprehensive solution design, ensuring alignment to target architectures, principles, patterns, and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate retail banking objectives into implementable solutions, driving digital evolution.
  • Design seamless and scalable digital banking experiences that integrate both legacy and modern systems for enhanced functionality and customer ease.
  • Ensure that all designed solutions adhere to regulatory standards while optimizing customer experiences. Compliance and customer satisfaction will be your dual guiding stars.
  • Guide the selection and integration of fintech innovations that elevate and enhance banking services, thus remaining in step with the industry’s technological advancements.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of technological implementation, ensuring alignment with the bank’s transformation vision and our architectural principles and patterns.
  • Leverage process redesign and technological advancements to optimize service delivery, ultimately enhancing product functionality and customer experience.
  • Assist clients to align project outcomes effectively with their strategy by acting as a pivotal intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Develop intricate technical architecture blueprints and designs for complex, multipronged projects.
  • Collaborate with technical staff across organization verticals in solution design and delivery, ensuring that products are optimally integrated within customer’s systems. Your focus will center around extending the evolution of the product set.
  • Stay committed to producing high-quality, robust architectures and develop software within agreed time estimates.

PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior members of the team, imparting requisite industry knowledge, and refining skills.
  • Actively prioritize self-development via educational programs, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, and continually developing personal skills.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST:

  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in solution design and architecture.
  • Have broad exposure to multiple architecture domains and extensive experience in the financial services industry.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of Retail Banking Products and experience in Detailed Solution Design including Service Blueprinting.
  • Have a proven track record in Programme Management and Delivery, besides demonstrating competence in Operating Model.
  • Appreciate and be capable of implementing Microservices/APIs, Business Process Management (BPM), and Data Streaming.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience at all levels from the executive team to operational level.
  • A strong academic record in IT or a relevant field and be certified in relevant architecture certifications, e.g., TOGAF.
  • Experience of leading diverse teams and independently engaging with and influencing C-Suite clients.
  • Capable of designing and delivering a program with clear planning, reporting, governance, etc.
