Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sitecore seeks a Solution Architect to help support our industry leading Digital Experience Platform business. The Solution Architect will play an integral part of helping grow the business by providing technical and industry expertise to Sitecore’s sales and pre-sales organizations. This expertise will include providing technical presentations and product demonstrations, as well as strong knowledge in solution architecture, security and cloud technologies. The Solution Architect will also support Sitecore’s broader go-to-market strategies providing thought leadership through presenting at webinars, events and conferences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create a global community across specialists within product space.
- Drive close relationship with product to be the voice OF the customer, understand product roadmaps, gain knowledge of product releases before go-live, etc.
- Communicate information from product across SA Product team.
- Lead enablement strategy for global SE community.
- Understand customer needs, and bring the team together to drive solutions to problems that will result in revenue.
