Join Our Team as a Solution Consultant in the Nordics!
Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey as a Solution Consultant with Basware? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Nordics Professional Services team.
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in our Solution Consulting Services team, collaborating closely with customers and project managers to implement cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise will drive value realization for our customers as you design, scope, configure, and test Basware’s solutions, ensuring seamless integration and providing comprehensive training. The role can be tailored to align with your level of experience.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

In order to thrive in this role, you will be a pro-active, outcome-focused consultant with at least a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or similar. Previous experience in the Purchase to Pay domain and/or business processes such as supply chain would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Structuring, designing, estimating, and planning solutions that address the customers’ identified business needs.
• Carries out implementations by capturing & translating technical requirements to clear project deliverables for our customers. Creating and updating the solution documentation.
• Configures agreed features for Basware’s solutions including testing of end-to-end Basware Software Solutions. Implements interfaces to the existing software environment (e.g., ERP, Archive, Purchasing)
• Consulting and coaching customers in using our solutions efficiently, clarifies best practices and use case scenarios related to the Basware solutions. Understands and consults on account payable automation business processes
• Creates and delivers high-quality standard training events effectively and trains the customer for best practices and use case scenarios of the solutions
• Getting familiar with different ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/MM, Oracle) to integrate our solutions with them.
  Professional Services is made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Solution Consultants. We deliver customer implementation projects and provide continuous services that empower Basware customers to adopt, optimize, and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. We work directly with our clients or through our network of implementation partners to ensure that every solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our implementation methodology is based on best practices that have been refined over years of experience.
