Description:

LOCATION: MEA REGION

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and you will play a vital role building close relationships with them. We are looking for a Solution Consultant to promote our suite of Network/Customer/Service Assurance solution and advanced analytics tools on assigned accounts in the MEA region. You will be working with a very committed team, keeping up to date with leading-edge products to produce a business development strategy that will support and enhance the traction of our new suite of analytics tool.
You will be responsible for working with our legacy client base and delivering product demonstrations and workshops to impress our clients with a unique compelling message, combining an extensive technical background with a strong business acumen. You will transfer technology terms into use- and business cases, discussing them with customers and highlighting the value of our solution
In addition, you will support the sales process by defining the sales strategy together with the local Account Manager, developing the solution’s high-level design and discussing potential trials with customers regarding scope, duration, success criteria, customer value, etc. You will also be known as a trusted internal source of knowledge for providing market feedback into Anritsu’s product departments.

  • To be an enthusiastic, proactive and flexible person who enjoys working in a multi-national high-tech environment and understands and captures customer requirements efficiently
  • An experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience and having strong technical background in Service Assurance, Business Intelligence Analytics and Telecom with knowledge in Cloud Computing, Big Data technology and NFV/SDN
  • Supporting the Sales Account Manager in pre-sales engineering of the Network Management product portfolio and support sales into Network Operators in region.
  • Validating and capturing customer’s requirements
  • Pre-Sales demonstration and evaluation activities with customers
  • Support strategic projects for Technical Compliance, Technical Proposal, deliver Customer Presentations/ Technical Clarifications, Business-Value-Realization and Value presentations to top-management.
  • Understanding Customer Experience pain-points & Knowledge of Customer Experience Management (CEM) in terms of Network & Subscriber Intelligence, Content Analytics, Subscriber Analytics, Handset Analytics, DPI Analytics
  • Deep understanding of Key Operator Challenges like VIP/SLA Monitoring, Roaming & Device monitoring, RAN/Core NW Monitoring, Packet Data NW, DPI Analytics etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Monitoring Solutions for optimization of mobile network, QoS/QoE measurement especially with Probe & OMC solution.
  • Good Understanding of Wireless Technology & Mobile Network Operator’s Methodologies, Operators Process flow, their day-to-day challenges with focus on:E2E Mobile Technology & Protocols for RAN-to-CORE
  • Well versed in Packet Core Network and Strong knowledge in SS#7, VoIP, 2G/3G/4G/5G, VoLTE, IMS etc. Deep understanding and knowledge of 5G and Cloud technology is a key desired skill.
  • Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to deal with the appropriate levels of the customer organization.
  • The willingness to travel frequently throughout the region and a valid driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of an additional language will be a plus.
