JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Solution Designer driven by innovative, out of the box solutions and passionate about complex banking/payments projects.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• We’re looking for someone with a passion for modern technology and an interest in Banking/Payments.
• An excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Focused on Solutions based approach for complex issues.
• Passionate about Technical advancements, changes and part of multiple Agile implementation projects.
• You’re involved in the tech community and actively network with likeminded people on new tech in the market.
• Someone who can lead the project delivery of the squad, from designing solutions to deployment and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when required

Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality, scalable and performant solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Architect, BAs and Development Team.
• Coach, mentor and help the team members to improve their skills.
• Coordinate with other Tech Leads and the architecture team on best practice and ensuring all squads are aligned.

AND THESE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong .NET skills including C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI and Entity Framework
• Demonstrable experience in Unit Testing Principles
• Always-on microservice architecture
• REST APIs
• Strong MS SQL Server including performance optimisation.
• Strong Javascript, jQuery, React and/or Angular 10.
