Role – Designer/Consultant | Business Analyst
Area of expertise – Understanding(Hands On experience) of Network Inventory with Enterprise Wireline Optical/Packet IpVpn Network.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the telecom domain consulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level business analyst/designer and Consulting Professional able to interact effectively with Client executives to define requirements for Network & service Inventory management system with cross functional teams for implementation.
As a Solution designer, you will be responsible for creating component design and implementation of workflows in Network Inventory with exposure to COTS products with the highest quality and within defined timelines in Scaled Agile delivery framework.
For a Business Analyst role, you will be responsible to work with business stake holder for requirement elicitation and converting business requirement to solution user stories and within defined timelines in Scaled Agile delivery framework.

Required

• Strong experience in telecom BSS/OSS IT experience across Enterprise Wireline Packet/ Fiber/ IP MPLS/ ME and other network domains
• At least 2 implementations of hands-on +experience with any of the COTS product (Amdocs, Blue Planet, Netcracker, Nokia) implementation for Network Inventory.

Essential

• Experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of solution design/consulting /Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge and Implementation experience in COTS Product mainly in Network Inventory.
• Must have expertise in either of Amdocs, Blue Planet, Netcracker, Nokia Inventory solutions.
• Must have experience in Network Inventory using COTS Product.
• Should have knowledge of E2E Enterprise Business.
• Hands on experience of Amdocs Resource Manager/Blue Planet Inventory product design
• Hands on or Exposure to Metadata creation for Logical and physical resources
• Hands on experience and understanding on EMS/NMS , network components is added advantage
• Fair understanding of SID standards in terms of PSR Entities (Product/CFSS/RFSS), UML data modelling experience will be a plus.
• Experience in integration with context of Order fulfilment (CRM, SOM, SCM, WFM, etc.) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST, XML, JMS, JSON, etc.
• Understanding of Mobile Networks (3G, 4G, 5G) would be an added advantage.
• Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals.
• Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements.
• Should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID)
• Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in Fulfillment area of Telecom process.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.
