Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop relationships with client stakeholders and advise them on their implementation projects, guided by a deep understanding of their business goals and technology ecosystem
- Solicit and document client-driven requirements for the Kaluza platform in partnership with the Kaluza Business Analysis team
- Provide solution expertise to guide implementation activities performed by our client, third-party partners, and Kaluza teams
- Represent client implementation team in raising technology/feature requests
- Serve as the authoritative source of information within Kaluza for the clients’ technology ecosystem and how Kaluza fits
- Encourage adoption of features and capabilities by supporting customised reviews of new releases and providing related technical guidance
- Participate in the management of high-severity incidents, advocating for clients and guiding response team based on client-specific considerations
