We are looking for a Solution Manager in the Sourcing and Procurement area with a focus on the Coupa application integrated into SAP ECC. We are offering a lot of challenges and growth potential for people passionate about supporting businesses with world-class solutions. In this role, you will be part of the Global ERP CoE team working closely together with business and other members of our department in order to enhance the value of the IT delivery and development of your own solution domain.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
• Functional experience of SAP Materials Management, including configuration
• Experience of Coupa based purchasing applications
• SAP S/4HANA experience is seen as an advantage
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs
• Very good communication, presentation and cooperation skills in a global environment
• Proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work
• Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills
• Knowledge of ITIL, project management, agile and service design is a plus
• Ability to transform requirements into solution proposals
• Understanding of end-to-end business value flows
• Fluent written and spoken English, ability to communicate complex topics to non-IT stakeholders

• Being responsible for the IT maintenance and support of the Coupa application (WeBuy) used for indirect purchasing as well as an in-house supplier and material compliance tool (Compliance Checker)
• Understand and manage the integrations in your own responsibility area
• Manage changes and new requirements within own functional area(s)
• Make solution proposals/ functional designs and prototypes/mock-ups and provide information in order to support decision-making concerning the requirements in projects and enhancement requests
• Support, consult and participate in operational development projects enhancing and optimising processes
• Manage the documentation and test cases related to the functional developments they are assigned to
• Work in close cooperation with colleagues in ERP CoE and the whole of IM, as well as business stakeholders and vendors
