The Solution Sales Manager focuses on the Industry 4.0 offerings, guiding the team to achieve the targeted Delivery Unit Metrics and KPIs set by the organization. The role ensures that delivery sales across practices and sub-practices is on track, excels in delivery, and exceeds customer expectations.
The target focus is on: Industrial Automation, Comprehensive Industry 4.0 Solutions, Lean & Quality Initiatives, Robotics and Automation.
THE JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in EMM and Industry 4.0 Solutions: Demonstrates extensive knowledge of various Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Industry 4.0 solutions available in the market, i.e. MES, MOM, Digital Twin.
- Proven Sales Experience: Possesses a strong background in sales with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Presentation and Demonstration Skills: Skilled in arranging and conducting impactful demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for customers.
- Customer-Centric Solution Implementation: Capable of devising and implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Achievement: Experienced in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and successfully meeting them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Excels in managing customer relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that support business growth.
- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration: Demonstrates excellent communication skills, effectively collaborating with and managing both sales and technical teams.
- Languages: Proficiency in both German and English is required.
