You will play a pivotal role in creating new relationships, driving new business, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
As a Solution Sales Person, your role involves analyzing customer needs, designing customized IT solutions tom meet those needs, and collaborating with technical teams to high-quality proposals. You’ll manage customer relationships, focusing on trust-building, while contributing to business growth through upselling and cross-selling IT solutions. You will work with aligning client requirements with our diverse service portfolio, ensuring successful outcomes to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Understanding and analyzing the customer’s business needs and goals.
- Designing and proposing customized IT solutions and services that address the customer’s pain points and deliver value
- Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of the proposed solutions
- Managing and nurturing the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle and beyondUpselling and cross-selling additional IT solutions and services to existing customers
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the IT services industry
- Understanding of technology trends across different business areas like industry, recruiting, real estate management
- Benefits from years of experience working with diverse businesses to understand common needs and solution approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- To be fluent in both writing and speaking Finnish and English.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services, such as cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel within your territory
