Description:
YOUR MISSION
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting demo calls to showcase Passcreator’s features and benefits to potential customers.
- Leading onboarding calls with new customers to assist them in setting up and configuring their Passcreator accounts.
- Delivering training sessions for new customers to help them effectively use Passcreator and meet their individual requirements.
- Utilizing technical understanding to identify and explain the right functionalities of Passcreator for customer needs.
- Supporting customers in using Passcreator, addressing questions, and finding solutions to any issues.
- Proactive customer engagement and success measurement to ensure customers achieve their goals with Passcreator and maximize platform usage.
- Advising customers on the use of the Passcreator API and integrations to meet their specific requirements and create additional value.
