JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
MUSC Health Solutions is dedicated to evaluation and development of projects, programs, products or services for the sake of radical transformation and innovation. Our goal is to execute rapid deployment of innovative healthcare delivery solutions and/or products to the commercial market.
The department manages a robust pipeline which all potential solutions enter into. All projects proposed to MUSC Health Solutions will go through a product lifecycle, first to undergo an analysis phase, in which the Solutions Analyst will participate.
The Solutions Analyst leads early-stage pipeline processes and reporting. Finalized opportunities become components of the MUSC Health Solutions portfolio.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Solutions Analyst will provide support for intake functions across the departments 3 functions: lab, studio, and ventures The Analyst develops comprehensive analysis and project plans and track tasks and action items.
The role will engage and collaborate with teammates, leaders, and stakeholders, both external and internal, to ensure comprehensive due diligence is completed on all Solutions that come through the pipeline to maintain alignment with organizational strategies.
The Analyst will also engage functional area leaders and members of the project teams to resolve issues and ensure project success. This role leverages the candidate’s experience in project management, proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau, conducting market analysis utilizing resources like CB Insights, and keeping abreast of market trends.
The Solutions Analyst will conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.
The Analyst will also engage functional area leaders and members of the project teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited college or university and two years of progressively responsible work experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for data, technology and a passion for transforming the healthcare industry.
The Analyst will engage and collaborate with cross-functional teammates, leaders, and stakeholders, both external and internal, to ensure comprehensive due diligence is completed on all Solutions that come through the pipeline to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
The Solutions Analyst is responsible for continuously monitoring and analyzing industry trends to inform and enhance project planning and execution.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a demanding work environment. Strong interpersonal skills required to foster collaborative partnerships in a team environment.
Working knowledge of SG2, CB Insights, Microsoft tools, and project management software proficiency preferred. Experience analyzing data and driving meaningful decision making with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
