Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bold is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the expansion of its technology partner network. This role emphasizes software engineering expertise, focusing on enhancing Bold Checkout to attract agency partners and secure integrations essential for closing deals and retaining clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead technology partner launches and facilitate agency partner onboarding
  • Influence the product roadmap through proof of concepts (POCs) and collect feedback from partners
  • Define and scope technology partner integrations, develop blueprints for new partners, and drive documentation development
  • Provide technical enablement post-partner program enrollment, including sandbox development and enablement at scale
  • Offer ongoing partner support and technical backup support for escalated integration issues
  • Contribute to the Solutions Library and identify next integrations based on partner feedback and requests
