REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with other commercial technologies such as CLM, CPQ, digital commerce, and omni-channel
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, involving requirements gathering, solution and option analysis, and providing comprehensive recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks and commercial technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in large and complex enterprise project environments.
• Proven experience in regulated environments with quality systems, demonstrating strong documentation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a strong focus on user experiences.

They will also demonstrate technical proficiency, competence in UX design principles, and strong problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex systems and processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solution space (both internally and externally), including business processes, capabilities, and systems for commercial functions.
