At present, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for leading the creation and organisational acceptance of solution architecture that considers the whole enterprise and delivers an amazing customer experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead the design and delivery of the end to end architecture, related to the Fixed Wireless 4G and 5G solutions for products, platforms and services.
• Solution the Capabilities and Epics breakdown for the delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership to the solution architects and other technical teams, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to the Fixed Wireless architecture governance processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, delivery managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, scope, risks and issues and translate into Fixed Wireless solution architecture artefacts.
• Collaborate with delivery managers and delivery teams to breakdown solution architecture reference documentation into delivery entities (capabilities, epics and user stories) for acceptance into Fixed Wireless PI planning and PI launch.
• Provide ongoing support/ maintenance of Fixed Wireless solution architecture and work breakdown artefacts, ensuring alignment with architecture principles and changing business needs.
• Review and approve high-level and detailed design documents, test plans and deployment plans, ensuring alignment with Fixed Wireless solution architecture.
• Manage Fixed Wireless solution architecture lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage a consciousness of budget, resources and vendors related to Fixed Wireless architecture, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality & compliance through the architecture delivery cycle.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex and large-scale solutions in telecommunications/technology industries, using various routing and switching technologies, methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Ericsson/Nokia/Cisco Fixed Wireless technologies, Transit and OSS interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of architecture principles, standards and policies, and the ability to apply them to solution architecture.
• Expert skills and experience in using various architecture tools, frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, Archimate, UML, BPMN, etc.
• Experience using enterprise wiki-based tools, agile project management, and bug/issue tracking systems, including Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
