We are looking for an ambitious Solution Architect to join our growing European team. You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation for our customers in commerce and content, conversion, and experimentation. As a Solution Architect at Niteco you will consult, advise, and deliver innovative technical solutions, helping to bring added value to our customers. You will work closely with our clients and partners across Europe and around the globe, as well as our pre-sales and delivery units in Vietnam.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to work with some of the worlds largest brands. You will have an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, as well as a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.

• Be responsible for technical discovery, Spike/POC implementation to validate business and technical requirements.
• Support to resolve incidents when being escalated by the AMS team.
• Produce high quality and well communicated technical solutions in response to business requirements.
• Make informed business decisions based on technical feasibility, complexity, approach, value and quantified risk.
• Ensure that technical and architectural standards that are maintained, upheld, and improved. And that customer projects are run efficiently at high quality.
• Work with technical leads and sales teams to provide quotes for customer projects and review agreements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the relationship with existing customers
