Overview:
Salary range for this position is $105,497-$124,134; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Solutions Architect III works independently and is responsible for working with Product Managers to take use cases and wireframes and develop applications within the Tada fabric. This role helps OSF HealthCare improve its healthcare delivery system by designing applications and using problem solving techniques to transform data, analyze the results, synthesize solutions, and support decision-making. The Solutions Architect III translates data into actionable information that assists leadership with decision making for operational and strategic areas including improved clinical outcomes, financial performance, productivity improvement, cost optimization, staffing, strategic market analysis, investment analysis, space or supply utilization, and system integration. This role works end-to-end from designing the architecture of the digital duplicate to data cleansing, ingestion, transforms, and validation to visualization of the data using the Tada toolset and implements Tada applications for clients alongside the Customer Success Manager and Data Architect(s), including configuration, customization, and validation. During implementation, the Solutions Architect III handles the client’s technical questions, requests, and issues and also collaborates with Engineering to test and enhance new features and resolve issues/tickets. The Solutions Architect III regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced architects.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree with in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, data science, software engineering, or other closely related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from discovery to delivery with specialized focus on design and architecture.
Licensure/ Certification: N/A
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Extensive knowledge of streamlined user interfaces and applications that graphically display complex quantitative data. Extensive experience in delivering group presentations to all levels of the organization. Advanced working knowledge of various technologies within area of discipline. Leadership skills: Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision-making skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Masters Degree with concentration in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, data science, software engineering, or other closely related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, operations, finance, information systems, or healthcare. 5 years of experience working with Database and User Interface Technologies: SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc. 5 years of experience with data mining and modeling and/or predictive modeling. Experience with other technologies common to Healthcare System environments. Licensure/ Certification: Multiple certifications in area of software technology is preferred.
