SUMMARY

Armor is seeking a highly capable individual who possesses the technical knowledge and customer-centricity skills to guide companies to be better protected in the ever-evolving cyber landscape.
You would be responsible for understanding customer pain through intelligent conversation, non-threatening curiosity, and most important empathy for the situation. Then help shepherd the customer to their desired outcome by leveraging Armor’s solutions and services, or a combination of efforts they can do on their own. After gaining the customer’s trust, you’d gather and analyze their requirements and understand the use-cases and desired outcomes. After alignment on outcomes, you are expected to translate these into actionable plans and strategies. Then accompany the customer through onboarding to ensure that what you promised as an outcome is delivered through reality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

  • Be a thought leader within the company and industry — a true savant in your field
  • Provide technical leadership on security, compliance and risk management with a strong focus on Microsoft security solutions
  • Assist the sales process ensuring growth goals are achieved by demonstrating the value of Armor products and services to secure technical wins
  • Champion modern and more valuable approaches pushing our product team’s vision and roadmap
  • Continuously track and improve on approaches that work / do not work to gain a customer’s trust and/or understanding in our offerings

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire customers while being comfortable enough to re-wire a thinking to ensure the customer gets the best outcome
  • Experience in working closely with Sales, Product, and Ops teams challenging for optimal customer outcomes
  • Proven experience in a role with a respected MDR cloud-centric company
  • Strong understanding of modern security best-practices and the ability to threat model based on customer requirements.
  • Appropriate cybersecurity and Microsoft certifications are expected prior or quickly post hiring
