Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5+ years of experience working in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience in Solutions Consulting or Technical Account Management in Adtech.
- Knowledge of various online display, video, OTT, advertising, analytics, and other data companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fluid, and scaling environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the APAC Sales & CS team to assist with all aspects of the technical sales process.
- Manage the customer Onboarding and Implementation process pre-sale, and ensure proper handoff to Client Success and the Center of Excellence post-sale.
- Demonstrate the Lotame platform and product capabilities to prospects and customers.
- Understand, document, and interpret customer requirements, crafting solutions to meet their needs and serving as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process.
- Work directly with leading brands, agencies and media companies on their data requirements.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, using it to help drive the product forward to meet their needs as well as those of the business.
- Play an active, leading role in providing product feature/functionality feedback to Product & Engineering teams.
- Stay updated on the Product Roadmap to incorporate relevant features into customer solutions where appropriate.
- Support the RFI/RFP process by providing responses to technical requirements.
