This role involves deep analysis of customer usage behaviors to develop actionable sales strategies, conducting discovery calls, designing and leading proofs of concept, and acting as the technical project manager. As a key liaison among the sales, product, and customer success teams, you will translate customer needs into product innovations and articulate the business value of our solutions, driving increased product adoption and sales. The ideal candidate may be located in the UK, the Netherlands or Spain.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation or a similar role within a technology-focused company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in software sales, technical project management, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with enterprise hardware and software solutions, with expertise on front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience in Generative-AI, LLMs or Machine Learning fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer usage data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the localization industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on developing GTM “sales plays” to drive new logo acquisition and expansion within the existing Transifex customer base.
  • Lead RFP review and completion, along with the development and production of sales assets that will be utilized in new sales or expansion pursuits.
  • Lead the design and execution of compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect requirements and challenges.
  • Design and manage proofs of concept that demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in addressing customer needs.
  • Serve as the technical project manager, overseeing the seamless integration of our solutions into customer environments.
  • Understand and be familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance localization workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and customer success teams to foster product innovations based on customer feedback.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers to ensure a deep understanding of their business goals and how our solutions can facilitate their success.
