Solutions Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

You will have the opportunity to join a small automation team (on a 12-month FTC basis) within our People Services division. You will play a key role in the development of custom applications and solutions and have exposure to various different applications and tools. This is fantastic opportunity to be part of a team introducing new concepts and innovations to benefit colleagues and customers in Bank of Ireland.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Develop custom applications and solutions built into the existing or new environment particularly around Power Apps and Power Automate
• Research new technologies relevant to Power Platform
• Be responsible for governance of the Power Platform tools
• Utilise SAP systems such as ECC and SuccessFactors
• Write supporting documentation
• Be responsible for maintenance, support and enhancement of the existing application
• Participate as a member of an agile development project team

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role;

• Web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Cloud infrastructure and associated API’s
• Different testing methodologies, tools and techniques
• Writing test plans, create test cases test data for SharePoint systems
• Liaising with clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshop
