Description:

ComResource is looking for a Solutions Director.
This is a critical role within a Procurement and Supply Chain business unit that works with the business to provide strategic leadership for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Source to Pay (S2P), and additional buying technology, along with business processes and technology changes. This person will be responsible for all deployment and continuous improvement of Procurement and Supply Chain technology products and related projects, and specifically accountable for the key indicators of ERP and S2P project success. They will anticipate industry insights and direction for consistent delivery of business process changes for technology implementations to ensure business readiness. They will provide a global strategy for communication, processes, and training. This person needs to have the ability to identify, engage, and facilitate effective collaboration across all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure overall project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a large-scale S2P process and technology product
  • Support the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a large-scale ERP process and technology product
  • Directs the enablement solutions for supply chain, sourcing, and procurement applications
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify, develop, implement, and maintain Procurement and Supply Chain processes and systems to align with business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for overall project success: quality, cost, time, and scope
  • Leadership over project plans/schedules with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and control the project schedule including key dates, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, including senior executives, on project updates
  • Communicates financial and KPI goals to drive changes and implementations that provide business value
  • Execute process and strategy improvements related to S2P, technology utilization, and business process design through leading methodologies
  • Leverages partnership with Information Technology to ensure proper execution of business needs and capabilities
  • Ensures organizational change management activities are aligned with the overall business strategy
