JOB SUMMARY
Protomated, a Lagos-based no-code/low-code and business automation agency, is seeking an experienced and innovative No-Code/Low-Code Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge no-code/low-code applications and custom business automation solutions for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in developing no-code/low-code applications and automation solutions
- Strong proficiency in using platforms like Bubble, Webflow, Zapier, and n8n (or other programming languages, JavaScript/Typescript/Flutter preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to commute to the Lagos office a few times a month (especially if you don’t have proper internet or electricity at home)

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct process assessments and recommend automation strategies to clients
- Design and develop no-code/low-code applications and automation solutions using platforms such as FlutterFlow, WebStudio, AirTable, n8n, Zapier, and more
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring project quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest no-code/low-code tools, best practices, and industry trends
- Mentor and guide junior team members, such as No-Code/Low-Code Solutions Apprentices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos and technical presentations
