ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for an APAC Solutions Engineer Team Lead at Miro. The team’s mission is to be customer-facing technical leaders representing the Miro brand by articulating business value and applying thought and practical leadership to drive customer solution wins.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to be the first Solutions Engineer Team Lead for our APAC region. The Team Leader leads and mentors a team of Solutions Engineers (SEs) while partnering with sales to deliver impactful demos and technical value solutions as a Player/Coach. Additionally, the Team Leader collaborates closely with sales leadership to drive effective practices and ensure the success of the SE team.
The ideal candidate will have experience and an interest in managing the business ecosystem for APAC customers, experience handling complex accounts, and technical/domain knowledge. You will accelerate new logo and expansion sales cycles and serve as a Miro product expert. You will serve as an important link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering parts of the company and will be a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in shaping how our customers use the product and how our product evolves with the customers’ needs.
This role reports to the Global Head of Solutions Engineering.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers
- Partner with the Sales Leader and other functions to accelerate sales cycles, grow deals, and align on strategy
- Manage the team to maintain hygiene health and indicators on Salesforce
- Participate in Sales QBRs
- Partner with product leadership to drive innovation bringing in field feedback
- Personally work with our largest customers (10K+ employee size) to establish executive relationships
- Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the Solutions Engineering leadership team
- Drive field prioritization and sales/product escalations
