Description:
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial roadmap for operational solutions
- Serve as subject matter expert on Endoscopy workflow, operations, and IT
- Responsible for robust business cases to support new solution initiatives, investments, and resource allocation
- Drives creation of detailed Market Requirements Document that articulates the needs and expectations of our customers as well as unique selling points of our products and solutions
- Implements claims matrix and evidence planning early in the development process to substantiate product claims and support marketing strategies with solid scientific evidence
- Builds and supports development of strategic insights, through analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform decision making and product development
- Formulate and adjust pricing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Develops segmentation and targeting strategies to identify and prioritize key market segments for Olympus products
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain and strengthen core business relationships and promote market growth
- Collaborate across all business units, Sales Business Centers, and functions (Product, R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory, legal, etc.) to deliver solutions that support revenue and profit objectives
Your qualification
- BA/BS with preference for physical sciences, computer science, engineering, or business. MBA strongy preferred
- At least six (6) years of successful healthcare product management (required)
- Extensive experience in commercializing new technologies and solutions (required)
- Demonstrated success delivering results in highly matrixed organizations (required)
- Experience in healthcare IT, AI, machine learning, or clinical informatics (preferred)
- Succinct communication and presentation style
- Creative thinker and strategic planner
- Efficient and effective decision-making
- Tolerance for ambiguity and a passion for rapid business evolution
- Ability to travel up to 30% including international travel
