Inviting applications for the role of Sourcing and Procurement – Senior Process Associate –English – Hybrid Lublin!
Responsibilities
Execute the automated push of completed record to the consuming application.
Notify Supplier of completed initial supplier registration and relevant systems supplier needs to be registered in
Complete supplier registration in systems as directed by GE Vernova
Follow up with supplier for required data to register them on relevant systems
Initial remediation attempt of errors/issues per pre-documented remediation steps
Escalation of errors/issues in systems to GEH
Remediation of errors/issues, notification of remediation to Supplier
Notify requester when registration(s) are complete
Provide additional authorization for the creation of one-time vendor accounts as per the approval matrix and GE Vernova policy and guidelines.
Review quality of request and supporting documentation provided by GE Vernova and reject incorrectly submitted requests
Check details and authorization on form and supporting documentation.
Provide requests to Supplier to place specific invoices on hold on an “invoice on hold” standard form and in accordance with GE Vernova’ s guidelines and approval matrix.
Return to requester incomplete vendor or employee request form and, if applicable, log on Workflow System with reason code.
Re-submit complete form to the Vendor Master Data team through [Workflow System] or advise corrective action through [Workflow System]
If GE Vernova does not respond to [Workflow System] vendor or employee amendment or creation request, initiate a second [Workflow System] request at five (5) business days and a third [Workflow System] request at ten (10) business days.
Confirm form and supporting documentation for processing in ERP.
Authorize the requested change in the relevant system(s)
Perform the requested change in the relevant system(s)
Ensure change is reflected in ERP, when applicable
Notify requester when change(s) are complete
Advise GE Vernova of any errors entering data in the relevant system(s)
Advise Supplier in writing of corrective action needed if an entry into a system fails with an error status.
Review, authorize and electronically file master data movements report.
Review returned incomplete vendor master data requests, create or update any received forms and confirm re-submission using [Workflow System].
Verify and update all vendor financial information (e.g. bank account details)
Verify every request to change vendor contact (e.g., email address) information.
Maintain current list of GE Vernova personnel authorized to provide instructions to Supplier. Inform Supplier of any changes to such list as and when such changes occur and confirm (at least annually) whether or not there have been any changes
Provide written instruction to update vendor contact information in the vendor master file.
Update vendors contact information in the vendor master file in accordance with instruction from pre-authorized GE Vernova personnel.*
Notify GE Vernova of any requests to change vendor contact information received directly by Supplier.

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)
  • English minimum CEF level /B2
  • Required work Experience in a Similar field;
  • Work experience with SAP system
  • Problem solving and client oriented
  • Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls
  • Persistence, emotional intelligence, diligence and Responsible, mature and punctual behavior

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
  • Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
  • Good influencing skills and interpersonal. Excellent communication and presentation skills
